She became a certified yoga teacher in 2011 and has taught ever since. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga as well as softer Yin and Restorative yoga. Understanding the individual and their unique build is a core value of her teachings. For Heini, yoga is about finding balance in the body, in the mind, and in life in general. It’s a continually evolving practice to be tailored to an individual’s needs, even in group classes.
